...he is confirmed. How many ways is this guy full of shit? I don't want to go off into alcoholism recovery thread but as you point out; he has no intention of stopping drinking.
He doesn't think it's a problem. The problem is people keep giving him shit about it. This is such classic, cliche' alcoholic-speak. Even with a shithead like Hegseth I hope he can find a way to sobriety. I just want it to be while outside of any government service.
Like you said, not a serious person.
