3. There is a court order holding back the second volume. That it is bogus doesn't mean it must not be respected

Cannon's court order holding up release at this time pending 11th Circuit Court decision is kind of bogus, but regardless it has to be respected until successfully appealed or the 11th rules which may happen soon before any appeal against Cannon's "decision" progresses.
