In the red state I live in, we are seeing an influx of new people coming in. These tend to be northern transplants due to job relocation and retirement. Although, I will agree that revenue issues will arise when younger working people locate to pro choice issue states. Revenue will be higher there, vs. loss of revenue in pro life states. You will also see a rise in taxes and other fees to counter the revenue loss, adding another reason to leave for a pro choice state.
