Why don't you talk to them?

"Yet, despite these record gains, the company refuses to meet the Teamsters' demands for fair wages and benefits that reflect the company's enormous success," the union said."

Costco is a multinational corporation that has a good image but they CAN and SHOULD do more. They are not perfect just because they donate to causes you support.
