Trump shouldn't have to be inconvenienced by bothersome roadblocks like checking to be sure all the parts are where they should be, tools weren't left inside the engines, and FAA inspections (since the FAA won't have enough inspectors anyhow). Speed tape works fine for a lot of things. Get 'em put together and out the door ASAP; just try not to fly them over populated areas.
