55. The NSA did its due diligence of 'duty to warn.' Now SCOTUS has to do its job and ban all govt comms use of Signal.

Yeah, we know SCOTUS can't enforce the ruling, but it's an historical record, nonetheless.

Also, the NSA could also monitor the US Military's or Homeland Security or DoD people's further use of Signal and produce (or preserve) documentations that prove persistent violation of US laws.
