...specifically (and unConstitutionally) states that certain budget items will be adjusted according to whatever the president says they will.

In other words this will have to go to the rightwing supreme court, and I believe we know how that will turn out.

Because of that unConstitutional directive alone, that CR should never have even been considered, let alone clotured and passed.

"If a sequestration is ordered by the President under section 254 of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, the spending, expenditure, or operating plan required by this section shall reflect such sequestration."
