people don't think he's mentally all there. These are all showing degradation with each test. The idiot is just too dumb to realize it, nor understand people are making fun of him whenever he comes out with these stupid comments.

If he a family that cared about him, they'd put him in a memory home where he could do no harm. But there doesn't seem to be ANYONE in his life that gives 2 cents for him!
