The first video showed what looked like the woman pulling out to turn around and leave. There is a big SUV that is blocking the road and she looks like she is attempting to move around it. She pauses and it looks like she waves a car through and it does pass. She waits because she sees all of these other cars and trucks and most likely is waiting to see if they are going to go through or allow her to continue to make the turn but instead assholes jump out of their truck and head towards her. The 3rd video shows an ice agent? Officer? that is standing on the other side in the line of her turn but she is focused on the guys trying to open her door so she pulls away but that officer/agent has placed himself in front of her car. She only had one way to go and that is the path she was taking to get around that other SUV with its door open and blocking part of the road. The asshole officer who decided not to get out of way, who had placed his body in front of her vehicle drew his weapon while moving away (without urgency) and opened fire on her and killed her.

on edit: I just saw another angle on CNN and it looks like she also was waiving the agents truck but they jumped out and went at her.
