Definitely... And younger drivers seem increasingly likely to treat multi-lane Boulevards/Aveunues like freeways..

Extreme speeding. Some young fucker got caught going 150 on the interstate in ATL

Shoppers leaving their grocery cart askew or in the middle of the aisle so other shoppers can't get past.

Sometimes they take up two spaces ,so no one its their truck. I have seen Trucks and expensive cars parked sideways
