There is nothing to be done for it. I had dentures and they never were comfortable enough to use on a regular basis. But, they were part of my medical assistance program and were basically cheap ones. Now, I am missing more teeth and they look stupid. I would love implants.

HAH!

Dentists know that the new implants will remove a lot of their business so they are making sure the damned things are VERY expensive.

So, I eat soft stuff. I have like three molars so chewing is not easy. NO one cares of course. I am not rich, so dentists will not see me. I also have Delta and it is... flimsy at best. I suspect we will be getting rid of it soon anyway, as it is also part of the 'too expensive for most people' trend that is growing in this country. I am well aware that this is part of why no one will give me the time of day. The fact that the majority of this society is still so completely into the 'Greek Ideal' that they would ignore me solely because of my teeth is just more evidence that we have truly become a nation of shallowness and ignorance.

And, partly why I don't have a lot of hope for us.
