Just about anyone that is "old" has a few silver amalgams. They last a long time but not forever. Then they turn into crown time.
These crowns cost a bundle!
I may get off for abt. $300.00 each if I am lucky, I don't know yet.
I have one more filling left on the lower left side. Five cavities were taken care of on top. The two I had the other day were small ones and it only took a few minutes to take care of those.
I'll admit it, since my husband died, I've found solace eating a lot of hard candy from Winco. Cheap junk! No more of that!
These "golden years" aren't so golden!
