55. My Grandma used to make a Yule Log

I'll never forget my brother in law, in his 20's and still just the boyfriend, on his first big holiday trip to Grandma and Grandpa's with the fam. He took a bite and said, "Oh, wow! It's like a big Ho-Ho!" We all gasped, lol. Grandma made meringue mushrooms and the whole nine yards. Her Yule Log was always gorgeous and took hours to make.

It really is like the World's Best Ho-Ho.
