Spiral cut hot dog. The spiral cut opens the hot dog allowing the condiment to adhere to the hot dog. Also, it lets the grease and fat escape making a bit healthier. My sister knew a couple who designed a device that would cut hot dogs with a spiral groove. They called is Wunder Weener. It's a tube with three sharp blades set at specific angles. You put the wiener in one end and twist it as you pull it through. It came in two sizes, regular for hot dogs and large for polish dogs and brats.
