Is there a polite way to say I am not up for company today? [View all]

Usually my cousin stops in to take my trash to the town recycling center, and then stops back for a two hour visit. I only got four hours sleep last night, and I cried myself to sleep. I am not in any shape to put on a happy face and hold up my part of the conversation.
