Peter Sellers on patrol, in front of the bank. He tells the blind man playing the accordian that he needs a licaaaance. He then steps in the monkey's crap. The bank gets robbed under his nose, while the robbers drop a bundle of cash, he picks it up and gives it back to them in their getaway car, then tackles the bank manager who was gonna shoot at them. It starts out with him on patrol, smiling at a pretty girl and she spits in his eye.
