3. I wash (smaller) Gunds with shampoo

I don't soak it, but mix mild shampoo and water, then use a washcloth. If what I'm cleaning is really dirty or has a spot, I use a little Oxyclean. I don't soak the entire thing; maybe just the top of the stuffing gets damp, even after rinsing (again, using a cloth or sponge). I roll it in towel to get out as much water as I can, then set it somewhere with good air flow (on another towel) to dry.
