My fingers use to really hurt. A few years ago I saw a movie called Fantastic Fungi. I started taking Lion’s Mane for memory and nerve support. After a few weeks I realized my fingers didn’t hurt anymore. It was not marketed for arthritis support, but for me it was really amazing.
