4. Where do you see that it's a scam? I've used that offer before with no problems.

I have Microsoft office on my laptops and PC thanks to previous availabilities of that offer, and so do several people I know.

ETA: The license is a genuine MS Office license.
ETA 2#: No unauthorized charges were made to my credit card after my purchases.
