and subsidized housing and start applying. Some have waiting lists (long and short). I belong to caregiver and adults who are alone groups who are looking at affordable housing. Some nice areas have shorter waiting lists but you need to be sure good healthcare and transportation, grocery are nearby. There's a really cool lady living in Washington state around 70 years old that talks about her apartment etc. On Youtube. There are options for you short of homelessness. Don't despair
