23. I read once that a snail mail letter carries the weight of 10,000 emails or phone calls.

Not sure if it's true, but I always get coupons when I write. Also, I save my grocery store receipts & sometimes I will copy a few & highlight the item, to show that I am a loyal customer & that I purchase their products a lot. The coupons are very generous when I do that.
