6. I make a basic pancake for which the kids and fiancee go crazy.

2.5 C flour
2 T sugar
5 T baking powder (that sounds completely batshit, but it works and tastes fine)
A healthy pinch of salt -- maybe 1/3 t
3 C almond milk
Dash of vanilla
4 T oil

I make these at least once a week and they're always a hit.
