4. Ah. I wasn't sure. Some people pooh-pooh the China study. (Silly people, right?)

I wasn't sure whether you were in that camp.

That book, and the books by Esselstyn and McDougall were real life-changers for me. I went from being a sickly 50-something getting worse each year, to a very happy, healthy, vigorous and energetic 70-something who never felt better in my life. At 50 I couldn't walk across the street. At 72 I walk, jog, bicycle miles every day.

At 50 I felt either awful, or on my good days, so-so. I never had that terrific "I feel wonderful!" experience that I now have every day.
