5. Had Israeli children been held with no charges, no legal remedies for them?

It’s my understanding that Palestinian children and women were rounded up and arrested in the days after the Hamas attack. The majority of charges included throwing rocks and ‘harming regional security’. Those don’t seem very just.

It’s also my understanding that Israel routinely arrested Palestinians with no charges, no legal remedies for years before the attack.
I’m not justifying the attack but I am seeking to understand the circumstances of Palestinians before the attack.
