I think, I got it. Showing of boobs is appreciated if its a sign of subservience to men. It is not appreciated if its a sign of bodily autonomy.

Women "should" show their boobs on command, but they "shouldn't" be comfortable showing them.
It's not about tits/breasts/boobs/boobies/gazoongas. It's about the ability to use a woman's breasts to establish symbolical dominance over her. If the woman usurps her breasts to establish her own symbolism, males lose a tool of social power and are pissed about that.
