Non diabetic peripheral neuropathy, shoulder pain and Alpha Lipoid Acid. [View all]

My friend that is a cardiologist recommended Alpha Lipoid Acid for my neuropathy. I took 600mg/day of the lipoid acid for a month or so and didn't notice much improvement, may be a little. A few weeks ago I doubled the doze and now have a very noticeable improvement in the neuropathy.

One big change has been in my chronic shoulder pain, less pain, better sleep and much better range of movement. Have not been able to find anything about using this supplement for joint pain.
