That's inspiring and commendable! It’s impressive that you picked it back up and have been so consistent since retirement! It’s not easy to stay motivated over the years, especially when life gets busy. It’s awesome that you found that regularity in your 60s and have been going strong since then. How has your approach to lifting or fitness changed now compared to when you first started?
