But the issue is not looking for help. The issue is getting it, and a lot of that is because of the very thing the poster says about why his brother did not want to try to look for it. In addition, actual help is far too expensive in this country to be of any real assistance except for the top percentile holders. The rest just get a wave and a pat on the back. With some pills, in hand, we are just tossed back out there to make our way as best we can. Well, sometimes there is no other way without actual help. Since only about 8% of the nation can afford to get that... what do we do?
