However this artist (I'm assuming he's an artist because of the cartoons) seems to think that talking about one's burdens or stress issues with one's friends and loved ones goes a long way to getting help - of a certain kind. Sometimes the only thing you need is for someone to patiently listen.

But where does one turn if the issues are with the loved ones? I don't know, but it seems that a mental health professional would be the best answer. Every state and county has a mental health facility of some sort. Not all of them are good but many are. They're normally staffed with trained professionals who can listen and answer questions, find programs where people can find assistance. Many facilities have online assistance programs because they can't do much personal outreach during Covid-times.

I guess it takes personal initiative to find this help.
