7. I did buy that book and have not smoked since I read the last chapter.

It has been over a month now, after a 37 year habit. The book is like nothing else I have ever seen and I don't think that I will ever smoke again.

Not that it is always easy. I still have a rough time, particularly when I am around smokers, but the thought of picking one up is not even an option for me.
