Do you have a recipe or just winging it?

I'm also going to use a springform pan like she did, but have to use bacon because I forgot to get ham. I'd personally put it off until I got some ham, but husband really wants me to make this; he even chose to forgo what he originally wanted for breakfast for a bowl of oatmeal since he wanted this for dinner and didn't want to eat too many eggs in a day.

Oops! ETA: serving with buttered whole baked sweet potato and Brussels sprouts.
