3. Cheater dinner.

I don't like tamales, but husband does, so I bought some frozen beef tamales and heated those up. He said they're pretty good. Served with enchilada sauce, Spanish rice and refried beans.

ETA: I'm having a couple pork eggrolls and cream cheese wontons with sweet and sour sauce and hot mustard.
