Broccoli croquettes and breaded zucchini rounds with chipotle mayo. I mixed in freshly chopped herbs for the breading.
Over the broccoli croquettes, I'm putting broccoli flowers.
Chicken from my sheet pan dinner a couple nights ago. It has olives, lemon, turmeric.
Dessert: Decaf and a couple chocolate chip cookies.
