6. Lasagne

Just pulled this beast out of the oven:

I’ve been wanting lasagne for weeks, if not months, but kept forgetting to get the stuff to make it. Yay for grocery lists and actually remembering to take them to the store!

This sucker weighs like 3 lbs and my house smells fantastic because I used some red wine in the sauce. Can’t wait to dig in. Letting it cool down a bit first.
