4. Pork sambal noodles

Today is our son's birthday, but my husband and I could not persuade him to have dinner at a restaurant. So we're having one of his favorites: spicy-sweet pork sambal noodles. Broccoli to go with, and dessert is cheesecake, made by the recipe that came with the spring form pan my mom bought 60 or 70 years ago, topped with raspberries.
