6. I make ground turkey meatloaf frequently

I prefer them over beef or pork. Tomorrow I have a plan to grill peppers and use them as a layer or stuffing for a turkey meatloaf. I'm also going to put a layer of Swiss or some other type of cheese on it.

What I really like in a turkey meatloaf is grated vegetables, such as carrots and onion. I'll be doing that, too.

Another thing I like to do is put a glaze on it. Diluted catsup, mustard, and brown sugar is my fave.

I actually got hooked on ground turkey meatloaves when an upscale grocery store here (Kings) put them on special. I wouldn't dream of pay 10 for a grocery store made meatloaf, but I would pay 4 or 5, so I tried one. Got hooked. I bought them as long as they were on special but once they quit doing that, I had to make my own.

Great comfort food.
