A question about a toilet [View all]

We are in the market for a new one. Efficient, one unit, round. This is the hardest one, most are elongated and we don't have room for them. Anyway we've had a TOTO but now as I am looking at Home Depot site, the TOTO is 1.6 GPF but there is a Kohler 1.28 GPF and wonder whether the latter is too low volume.

Opinions, please?
