My lumber purchases Sunday.....I can't imagine the costs to build a house today. [View all]

2 each - 1" x 6" x 10ft Tongue and groove, #1 pine boards
2 each - 1 1/4" x 1/2" x 16' flat molding
2 each - 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" x 16' 90 degree corner molding

$155.35

JFC, this is nutz. I remember when that molding was like $.50/ft.
