9. Issue was raised in Canada a month ago. There may be about 11 here. They pressurize expats

The idea is that the "stations" (offices) are there to help Chinese expats and family living abroad to handle "paperwork" with China.

Of course though, the Chinese state and army and party work by pressuring those people to report on each other ("social credit&quot . Further espionage on industries. Plus they fight dissidents with surveillance and blackmailing associates, etc.
