Card of the Day: The Hierophant [View all]

The Master of the Sacred Mysteries. He is seated upon a throne which is between two pillars, reminiscent of the High Priestess. He wears upon his head a crown made of three crowns and holds a triple cross. Three crosses adorn his robe while two crosses adorn his shoes. Below his feet are two golden crossed keys, a symbol of the hidden doctrine. Two initiates kneel before him.

His is a card of traditional teaching to the masses. An organized religion in it's outer forms. A preference for ritual. Conforming in order to be socially acceptable.
