If you are lighting it for Ariel and Kfir you would fill In their names with the name of their father, Yarden.
Shiri's father's name was Yosef. (Shiri's parents, Yossi and Margit were murdered on Oct 7th at Kibbutz Nir Oz.)

Any prayer you would like to say is also just fine.
