I've talked to/known "moderate" Muslims who seemed to believe some or all of those things.

One well-educated Muslim co-worker was very adamant that, in case of adultery, BOTH adulterers should get the death penalty - not just the woman. OTOH, he said he had friends who were atheists and he didn't have a problem with that. If people wanted to leave Islam, he thought they should. Rather than stay in and be hypocrites.

"Wife should obey husband" doesn't always seem to fly, at least in Egypt. An Egyptian friend's wife once opened a cabinet in their apartment and saw a mouse looking at her. She grabbed their two kids and moved to her mother's house. Told him she wasn't coming back until that critter was dead and he showed her the corpse. She didn't either. Not being a Sophisticated Islamic Theologian, I do not know if the Koran/hadiths have a Marital Rodenticide Exemption.
