The gluten-intolerant group of Pastafarian branches out to Pastafarian GFS, Gluten-Free Sect, which is similar to Pastafarian LFS, Lactose-Free Sect that avoids any type of cheese from cow milk on their pasta during or after the cooking process.
Although Pastafarian GFS worships the Flying Spaghetti Monster, as other sects of Pastafarian, its doctrine prohibits the use of wheat in pasta and meatballs. Instead, corn, rice, tapioca, potato and other non-gluten grains must be used as alternative to wheat.
