62. Oh dear Alfredo

my heart cramps and my face is wet. I know you are in complete terrifying shock. Take very small steps, be very tender with yourself, and realize that with care for yourself you can get to the other side where the grieving begins, along with the new life for yourself that is waiting to be created. My hand reaches out to you with love and compassion.
