ALL about keeping WHITE MEN in power. More than anything. As to the rural disconnect, I live in a relatively rural area in a rust belt state. Lemme tell ya, these people are not reachable by us. They grab onto the latest CT as long as it serves their agenda of keeping women behind men, POC less than human, and foetus rights. Let's not forget the "gay sinners" here either

Makes me sick to my stomach.

We want to really make a difference in these areas? Enforce separation of church and state, to begin with. Make it so these pastors that preach politics from the pulpit IMMEDIATELY lose their tax exempt status.
