Either I'd have to become a much worse human being, or I'd need to see evidence that acting like an asshat is productive.
I'm sorry you think this is appropriate or productive behavior. If the guy had merely said "hey your dad is a bigot and commits sexual assault" and walked off, I'd have no objections. But acting like Trump or the worst of his supporters isn't helpful.
