25. I grew up in Hillsboro, about 20 minutes west of Portland.

The schools are pretty good, and I think it's a goid community. Admittedly the traffic has been getting worse and worse (more in the eastern part towards Portland and Beaverton), and I think the backups on 26 going into Portland are terrible. But even so, if you don't like that, going a little further west you lose all the traffic, and the forestland is nice.

I do like the Olympia area. Really, most places in the PacNW are better than almost anywhere else in the US, in my opinion. There's a spot for almost anyone.
