6. every state is different.. look up the requirements for mmj cards in Florida...

..in wash state we have to have it noted in our charts by our primary doc that we discussed the particular symptom with the doc during the past 12 months.....then we take our charts to the provider who looks in the chart to verify we discussed symptom with doc and then we get our card or get it renewed... Our providers are only in the local brick and morter location once a month.
