1. It may well signal your state is not regulating or accurately measuring THC content.

That is an even bigger problem in the wild west of CBD oil products that are not supposed to contain measurable or at least significant levels of THC. The problem has gotten better in CO and likely WA--who were the earliest states to legalize and thus regulate, but can still be a problem there too.
