CBD oil vs CBD tincture - does one outweigh the other? [View all]

I've used the oil for several months, now, buying it from a local natural health product store. I found a reliable source, on line, that gives veterans a discount but they sell the tincture, not the oil.

So I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced any differences between the two forms of CBD.
